Jainism is a little-known religion from India. Much like us Jews in a predominantly Christian society, Jains constitute less than half of one percent of the Indian population. Also like Jews, they have had an impact in social, political, and economic spheres far out of proportion with their numbers. Their philosophy is incredibily well-suited for our post-modern age.
